Whether it is a corporate offsite, team-building day, leadership meet, annual gathering, conference, employee celebration or residential retreat, the package combines business, relaxation and team engagement under one roof.
From the moment your team arrives, the experience begins with a refreshing welcome herbal mocktail or fresh juice, followed by professionally organised meals, dedicated event assistance and access to a range of corporate and recreational facilities. Our dedicated Event Coordinator ensures that your event runs smoothly while your team can focus on networking, collaboration and creating meaningful connections.
The retreat offers versatile spaces suitable for different types and sizes of corporate gatherings. Our air-conditioned Main Banquet Hall can accommodate up to 350 guests in a floating setup or 250 guests in a seated arrangement, while the Mini Banquet Hall accommodates up to 100 floating or 60 seated guests.
For focused meetings, presentations and training sessions, the corporate setup can include a projector and screen, wireless microphones, sound system and high-speed Wi-Fi. Continuous tea and coffee service can also be arranged during corporate sessions to keep participants refreshed throughout the day.
Food is an important part of every successful corporate gathering. The Corporate Elite Retreat includes a carefully planned dining experience with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.
A sample day-out menu includes a welcome mocktail or soft drink, two vegetarian starters, paneer or vegetable gravy, dal fry, jeera rice, assorted roti/naan, salad, raita, papad, pickle and dessert. Guests can also enjoy evening High Tea with coffee, cookies and veg pakoras.
The menu can be customised according to the organisation's preferences, dietary requirements and event format. Additional charges may apply depending on the selected menu and requirements.
The retreat is not only about meetings. Teams can step away from their regular office environment and participate in engaging activities such as Tug of War, Sack Race and Cricket. These activities encourage communication, teamwork and friendly competition while creating a relaxed atmosphere among colleagues.
